I create a space for children to safely navigate their current struggles while shifting the way they think about situations so that they feel more joy in their life.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children and teens process past experiences and teach them ways of gaining control of their thoughts and feelings.

I can assist your child if they are experiencing difficulties related to:
